One of the main services of this laboratory is to cover part of the educational needs of related courses in postgraduate programs via purposeful entry into class sessions. Some of the courses including sessions to be held in the laboratory are:

  • Urban planning methods and models (PhD in Urban Planning)

• Research

One of the main goals of the establishment and development of this laboratory is to provide specialized services to scholars from other universities and scientific centers in the country. The laboratory’s activities are introduced with the aim of attracting wider scientific collaborations by holding educational workshops and short-term scientific-research courses related to the application of virtual reality in architecture and urban planning.

• Relation with Industry

Another main goal of this laboratory is to provide specialized services to the country's urban planning and construction industry.
