The Military Music Department

Military music bachelor's course is one of the advanced educational courses. The aim of which is to educate military students in the field of music to prepare them for leading and conducting military orchestras. After 15 years of closure, this course restarted in 1372. During this period, it has been challenging to recruit students. Military music is one of the majors inspired by the culture and art of each community which by utilizing the science of music attempts to reinforce morale and heroism of country's fighters and defenders. Military musicians in also attend  ceremonies for official guests to perform national anthems, as well as the performance in various mourning ceremonies, festivals and celebrations. The number of graduates to date is 72 who are currently employed in the army, air force, navy and police force.
